DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
Evaia Couture provides delivery services within South Africa and may offer international delivery where applicable. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or whether the item is made-to-order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, courier operations, public holidays, and peak periods. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking information. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. Customers may return items that are defective, incorrect, or unsuitable within seven days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom-made or made-to-order garments may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Items marked as final sale may also be non-returnable. Refunds, once approved, are processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically between seven and fourteen business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Evaia Couture.
