Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind or change of heart, including but not limited to:

•Size, fit, or styling preference

•Colour variation

•Event or occasion changes

Fabric Security Label – Mandatory

 

Each garment is supplied with a fabric security label attached through the gown.

 

Removal, cutting, detachment, or tampering with this label immediately voids any eligibility for return, refund, or replacement.

Any item returned without the security label fully intact will be automatically refused.

 

Delicate Construction & Embellishment Disclaimer

 

Our garments are created using delicate fabrics, hand-applied beadwork, sequins, and fine embellishments.

 

Due to the nature of these materials:

•Minor bead or sequin shedding

•Loose threads

•Fabric texture variations

 

are normal, expected, and unavoidable characteristics of the garment and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

 

No returns, refunds, or replacements will be approved on the basis of the above characteristics.

 

Manufacturing Defects (CPA Compliance)

 

A return, refund, or replacement will only be considered where there is a clear manufacturing defect as defined under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

 

To qualify, the issue must:

•Be reported in writing within [X] days of delivery

•Be supported by clear photographic evidence

•Involve a garment that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

•Have the fabric security label fully intact

 

We reserve the sole discretion to assess and determine whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.
